1. General Information
Patches on Demand LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates as a custom patch supplier, offering custom embroidered patches, PVC patches, woven patches, chenille patches, croc charms, and personalized patches. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Payments
By submitting an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. Payment for orders must be made in full before production begins unless other terms are agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

3. Customization & Artwork
We accept custom designs for patches. You are responsible for ensuring the legality and ownership of the designs you submit. We may request additional information or clarification about the artwork before proceeding with production.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your patches as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the nature of the order and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

5. Changes or Cancellations
Once production begins, cancellations or changes to an order cannot be made. If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be issued for canceled orders before production starts, subject to approval.

6. Customer Communication via SMS
By providing your phone number, you agree to be contacted via SMS for order updates, quotes, and questions regarding your order. Standard message rates may apply.

7. Returns & Refunds
As our patches are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to discuss a resolution. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

9. Intellectual Property
You retain the rights to your custom designs. However, by submitting designs to us, you grant us the right to use them for the purpose of production. We will not share or sell your designs to third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Benton, LA.
